In SP mode, how do you save weapon wheel defaults?

It seems like after a mission, whatever weapons that are selected in each slot of the weapon wheel can get reset to a different weapon. It almost seems random which weapon is chosen. For example instead of the pistol that I selected in the pistol slot during the prior mission, now the stun gun is the one in the slot. Is there a way to set a default weapon wheel so it persists for the rest of the game until changed?

there should be a two small black arrows pointing left and right, it scroll's throw each category to choose different weapons, the pistol slot can hold a AP pistol, stun gun and several other guns that you pick up during missions or you buy at Ammu-Nation store, the right and left arrows cycle through the menu pistol menu, and the each pie category well have several weapons to cycle through eventually!..

He's asking how to make it so each weapon he selects stays the way he selected them so he doesn't have to cycle thur them over and over again.

 

But no OP there's no way to make it so specific guns will stay in the slot each time you log on you have to cycle thur them each time you get on to switch characters.

thanks but I know all that, what I am wondering is how to make it so the weapon in each slot (assuming you have more than one) is the one that is on "top" when you bring up the wheel. So if I have the AP pistol, the regular pistol, and the stun gun, I want it so whenever I bring up the wheel it has regular pistol showing (or whichever weapon I chose) so I don't have to arrow through all the same slot weapons each time.

Thanks! That answers it although it is surprising. Just that small feature would go a long way. It seems like in SP at least, its not even just logging in but after a mission the slots are randomly reselected. You go to toss a grenade and, surprise, the snowball is now in that slot.
