First, go to the police station near the malibu and get the police suit(as the army will shoot you down without it) and fly a helicopter over the army base at the airport, the hunter is by some camouflage tents in the back. Noisses024 Posted January 9, 2003 Share Posted January 9, 2003 I'm not completely sure when it shows up, but I haven't been able to get one until after I had completed "Copland" or "No Escape" It doesn't appear @ Ocean Beach Helipad until you find all 100 packages & Final Storyline mission... Turns out it was #76; took me ages to get to it. 100 packages = Hunter @ Fort Baxter Final mission = Hunter @ Fort Baxter 100 packages + final mission = Hunter @ Fort Baxter + @ Ocean Beach helipad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
