NumaYay
You think that would fit into this game? Disabled NPCs like people in wheel chairs (you could push them off Mt Chiliad for example, wheel chairs could be ride-able), midgets, or even spastics or people with one arm etc.? Has this ever been featured in GTA so far? Haven't played Vice City for example. Or are there disabled NPCs in GTA V? Haven't seen one... Wade doesn't count. remember an ingame commercial with a man in a wheel chair. Thoughts? Edited May 20, 2015 by NumaYay
rjmthe2nd
Vice City it's the only GTA with people rolling around on Skates....that's all I know. Spadge, fac316 and lastmanonearth
MASTER GABE 202
It would add to the realism, but imagine the cruel people killing them.
Drill Sergeant
There 8-ball, lester, and Roman Also I think this is a good idea. Can't wait to see a disabled hot coffee mod! Alvarez and DANIEL3GS
Uncle Vlad
Probably the same reason why children aren´t in this game. Colognenigguh and fac316

Uncle Vlad
Another quality NumaYay topic. Since the SP DLC may be a lie and we can´t be sure to have Greenrock quality DLC threads in the future, at least we can rely on NumaYay. Theodore93
There have been disabled characters in the games before but they were all storyline characters who only appeared in missions. I don't recall any disabled npcs roaming the streets in the games. I'd welcome it though. Could have a lot of fun with them.
NumaYay
^ yes. And since every human is equal and should have the same rights those npcs should be included into V.
happygrowls
To what aim? You know the game will get alot of controversy from knocking over and killing disabled citizens. I bet it'd be taken off the shelves. Colognenigguh
Spadge
Most of them are mentally disabled, does this count ? Edited May 20, 2015 by Spadge007
chilleverest
To what aim? You know the game will get alot of controversy from knocking over and killing disabled citizens. Thelema93
The game was already taken off of shelves in target because apparently it " encourages" violence against women. it would be even worse if it was accused of encouraging violence against the disabled. Dope_0110
Nope, there are no officially disabled NPC's (not counting a few story characters). But.. you can make them disabled in III for a few seconds by targeting their limbs, making them bleed to death.
jazzbone
The enterable hospitals in gta 4 have npc's that are in some way sick. Some are in the waiting room while others are on beds in examination rooms. Also in gta 4 i bgan to think of Niko as possibly disabled from from combat. From concusions and or from what he may have .experienced. We should all be glad that gta games do not have peds in wheel chairs,on crutches, or real old with walkers because we love to reduce the population with cars, molotoves, and miniguns. How would we all feel running over people with walkers? We all know we would do it. Edited May 21, 2015 by jazzbone
Mintal
Probably the same reason why children aren´t in this game. This. It would cause colossal controversy and throw a bad light at R*. Grand Theft Auto is already one of the most provocative franchises, they've already included animals which was a daring move because of PETA etc.. Adding disabled/crippled/midget people and/or children would get this game banned immediately, I think. Edited May 21, 2015 by Mintal
Lelouch The Zero
Nah, would cause too much fuss and wouldn't be worth it. But it would be cool if there was a driveable wheel chair that has nitrous in it. jazzbone
Alvarez
There's a NumaYay NPC in game files, but it's disabled. The Dedito Gae and Thelema93
Luddite
..as long as they aren't war veterans. If so ppl may have problems with treating with the same mudurous malice that we do other npcs.
Colognenigguh
It would add to the realistic feel, but it will never be in the game same as kids.
Doctor-D666
Speaking as an actual disabled gamer, this.... Is honestly something i would love to see in the future.
AzelfandQuilava
Probably the same why children NPCs aren't in game: "Some f*cked up psychopath would constantly carpet bomb them".
lastmanonearth
Morbidly obese peds like the ginger in III would be good to scare, but wheelchair-bound people like amputees and such would just be sad to look at. Every ped in V looks exactly the same to me. It`s like they only have one kind of black/white male and black/white female model with different clothes. I know that`s not exactly true but it feels like that, they oughta mix it up a bit. There are men who aren`t exactly 6`, 175 pounds and wearing skinny jeans and women who aren`t exactly 5`8, 110lbs and blonde wearing designer sunglasses. thafablifee46
