Making a script with LUA and I would like help.

I'm trying to make a script that disables ragdoll for all npcs/peds when I shoot them.

I came across a command that looks like I could pull it off but It seems it only does the command for a specific npc/ped:

 

SET_PED_CAN_RAGDOLL_FROM_PLAYER_IMPACT(Ped ped, BOOL toggle)

 

On top of that, I don't know what to put for "Ped ped", I'm pretty sure you put true or false for "BOOL toggle".

how would I disable ragdoll for all peds when I shoot them?

I can't remember off the top of my head, but there's natives for getting the entity/ped you're currently targeting. Just look at the natives and find which one you need. There's a native for pretty much everything.

if I choose the currently targeted ped and set the ragdoll off, wouldn't that mean I need auto aim on? or does it still detect even when you're using first person ads manual aim? (I play with manual aim)

 

Also, I looked for a native that gets the currently targeted ped, but all I could find was a native about getting the currently targeted entity, but I need ped, don't I?

Sorry for the late reply. A Ped is basically an Entity which is also an Object.

 

They're just handles. You can use a ped handle in a native that wants an entity. Hope this helps.
