AidenPatrickPGH
Damn, this is great. Helped me to "modernize" Premium Deluxe Motorsport - Really needed this being that the ydr used integrated textures as apposed to external like vehicles... Neodymium
its possible obtain a list of particle effects names + assets name from those YPT files? would be amazing for scripting usage Hi I ran my script over all ypt files and extracted the fields that seem to be names. Texture names were omitted. I hope this is what you are looking for. Particles Info Download It's a large xml file. Would assume the location of this is here:C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft AutoV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpimportexport\dlc.rpf\x64\data\effects\ptfx.rpf\veh_impexp_rocket.ypt If you could, what would be even better is if you made an option to extract ypt's into a readable text format so going forward we could just dump these ourselves. If it's not too much trouble could you add that to either this toolkit or the metatoolkit please? Dilapidated
If we had the ability to extract these to a text file and then convert them back to ypt files it would certainly open up many possibilities effect wise. Hope you'll consider it Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/795186-wipv-texture-toolkit/page/9/#findComment-1069549542 Share on other sites
Neodymium
@Dilapidated: You find the updated particle info file here. Apart from ebedded textures, editing ParticleEffectsList files is not possible because there are many unknown classes and fields. julionib and Dilapidated 2 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/795186-wipv-texture-toolkit/page/9/#findComment-1069551099 Share on other sites

Apart from ebedded textures, editing ParticleEffectsList files is not possible because there are many unknown classes and fields. Thank you very much! Do you think it will be possible to use collison hashes for these unknown variables like whats done via the metatoolkit or is gathering the structures much more complicated for ypt files? Quakex64
does this program even work anymore because I do not see a preview anymore, nor does the file export at all... If there is a newer program with the same features, please let me know ASAP.. Почему нет тикстуры в veh_impexp_rocket.ypt ? пробовал добавить другую тикстуру в veh_impexp_rocket.ypt но нельзя как мне поменять цвет ефекты буста для voltic2. bobloblaw
So, not sure if this thread is still active or not, but I'm trying to use Texture Toolkit to modify a large, normal (not streamed) Addon ped, and every time I try to save the .ydd file (which contains all the specular and normal maps), Texture Toolkit crashes and deletes everything in the file. Any suggestions? Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/795186-wipv-texture-toolkit/page/9/#findComment-1070951350 Share on other sites

flyinggoatman
I'm trying to replace the textures in the [Mission Row Police D](https://fivem.gabzv.com/package/4724502) by gabzv. But every time I replace a texture with the [Texture Tool](https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/texture-toolkit) it changes the levels number and messes with the location of the textures. ![alt text](https://i.imgur.com/7TlYW8H.jpeg) I'm not sure how to add the new textures without it making its levels id change. I can't edit in OpenIV due to the files being YDR's.
