But since I don't know the filenames of interesting models I could not test it :-). But you can test the new version here. If ydr editing works for you or the game crashes after editing please report it. But often they simply have no embedded textures. So just try another one or find the ytd with the textures for that model. Then, i go to Texture Toolkit, open the YTD file and click Important and select all the modified DDS files, but then the DDS files that should be replaced on the YTD container dissapear. Every single texture that I edited works perfectly but for some reason I can't change Jimmy textures! Why? Because typical DXT1\DXT3 and DXT5 dds use lossly compression. For lossless compression you can use R8G8B8 for textures without alpha channel and A8R8G8B8 for textures with alpha channel. And of course to avoid generation loss you shouldn't edit and save a DXT* dds multiple times just like you shouldn't edit and save a JPEG multiple times. Use a lossless format as middle format. Nathandark Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) So I Replaced The Texture of uppr_diff_029_b_uni.ytd Works all fine,But When i modded uppr_diff_029_d_uni.ytd when i go to the store all the shirts of that type(the v-necks,back in posnobys) are white, I get the error "err_gen_zlib_2" They are the same type but a different texture(like alot of items in game) its the first time i replace 2 textures of the same shirt type anyone know how to fix it (the error it self i just verify my game Cache ) but about future edits,is it possible to edit the same type of shirt? I've tried DXT1 RGB 4 bpp | no alpha DXT1 ARGB 4 bpp | 1 bit alpha Both proved uneffectivly.
