It's for a client so we have a budget and the project could get a lot of attention. Basically, what I need is to create some kind of carnivalesque march on the streets of Los Santos. It could be anything from 50 to 1000 characters walking together. If someone can help me out or know someone who's got at making mods, please contact me here or on wlothman (at) gmail (dot) com.
