Richard Power Colt
How is Ostrich Island a thing? How? How in the hell did that game made it onto steam, and onto Xbox One? Jesus christ. Standards are lower than ever. Not long until Flappy Bird makes it onto Steam. And Xbox One. I saw Jim Sterling play the game on PC a while back and I would have never believed that I'd see the game being released on the new consoles. I guess it has that dumb Goat Simulator-esque charm to it, though I think even Goat Simulator actually has more stuff you can mess around with. I almost pity the devs for the game. The fact that they're actively developing and funding the project indicates that they are taking it seriously and now they're just getting bashed to hell. "Oh man, today were showing off a new trailer for the game! I'm so excited to see the response from the community." *Picks up phone and calls loved ones* "Hey guys, go on Youtube and see our new trailer. I can't believe a game that I've helped to create is being showcased at e3 this year!" *Watches video while loved ones do the same on the other end of the line* "So, what did you guys think?" "Eh, good job? We're... uh, quite elated that you've found.... success..." *Click* "Wait... it sounded like they weren't too impressed... Oh..." *Scrolls down and reads the comments* "No... but, but we've all been working so hard on the game... There has to be some sort of mistake, we put our heart and soul into this..." *Sobs for several minutes* *Reads comment about how he and the other devs should kill themselves* "I'm sorry, I've let them all down..." *Checks-out* Most of the comments I read on the trailer were actually jokes about it being the best game ever. There's way worse games that have got through Greenlight though. At least Ostrich Island has a kinda sorta funny premise.
Wheatley
This was me and every Shenmue fan last night: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLRWL0s0l10 It's surpassed it's Kickstarter Goal in over 9 hours!
Goldn-Bayse
So far I'm interested in Dishonored 2, MGSV (That trailer was amazing), Mirror's Edge Catalyst, The new Hitman and The Last Guardian. Hopefully Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Just Cause 3 will be at Square Enix's conference. Also has anybody seen Platnuim's Transformers: Devasation? It looks like the 80s cartoon. X S
announcements of FFVII remake, The Last Guardian, Shenmue 3, and all the other gameplay videos have me like: Shenmue 3 needs to budget first, dude. That was pretty pathetic to show a game that might have not even been a possibility. That damn game was what helped sink the Sega ship that was Dreamcast. inb4 all the Shenmue fanboys lay-in on me. Spare me, because I'm gonna have to hear it from my best friend who is a Shenmue fan. I just kept telling him to 'let it go, bro'. Just let it die already. Dbzk1999
So far, this is an okay E3, but without any sleeper hits. But I'm not disappointed either. MGS V looks like god's gift to gamers, Fallout 4 exceeded my expectations and Halo 5 had a lackluster demo, but I trust 343. Everything I've heard about the game so far sounded like they are on the right track. AC Syndicate looks like Unity 1.5. While it feels rather derivative as we haven't had a a direct sequel like this since Revelations (unless you count Rogue or Liberation), it isn't really a bad thing for me as a fan of the series. Unity has probably the best gameplay in the series and if we actually get a good story and characters this time and they build even further on Unity's foundation, Brotherhood-style, Syndicate could be very promising. Nintendo, Just Cause and Deus Ex next. Bring it on. What do you mean by a direct sequel

"Let it go, bro" - tell that to the Kickstarter page which is already been funded in only 9 hours. Shenmue is far from dead - the same goes for The Last Guardian and the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Sony nailed it this year - they gave fans what they've wanted and more. Edited June 16, 2015 by Wheatley

Not A Nice Person
Well, I could've said I told you so. Rumors were already floating around for months that COD would shift to PS4, FF7 still needed redeeming after that Vegas fiasco, and Sony wasn't going to cannibalize their PSNow service with something similar to backwards compatibility. Plus, they started talking about TV. Ummmm, talking about TV killed Xbox two years ago. It was like a role reversal out there. Sony needs to get rid of PSNow, it flopped, badly. Don't forget they sold off their Online Entertainment section. Xbox did that long before sweetie c:

Having not played a single FF or Shenmue game, or Ico / Colossus, it's all a bit lost on me. Even worse, I suddenly feel like I'm not even a real gamer. KilnerLUFC
Half hour till Nintendo, and from what I've read of the previews, there isn't much I'm interested in at all. Only thing that has me watching it is the rumour that maybe they'll be bringing a few more HD remasters to the Wii U, and maybe a new 3D Mario game, which is well needed. Richard Power Colt
So far my main interests: -Fallout 4 -Doom 4 -Dishonored 2 -Mirror's Edge: Catalyst -The Last Guardian -No Man's Sky A lot of other cool looking titles have been shown as well, but the ones I mentioned are my most likely purchases. MGS V almost made it to the list, but I haven't played any of the previous ones so I'm a bit afraid I might get lost on the story. Also anyone else noticing an awful lot of open-world games in this year's E3? 3 of the ones I mentioned on the list are confirmed open-world. Lmao. Well they did, the kickstarter program raised 2 million dollars in 9 hours and that's because of Sony giving the attention towards the franchise. There's no way they could have raised that much even in a month if Sony didn't advertise it at E3.
HaythamKenway
What do you mean by a direct sequel Well, not literally direct sequel. A true direct sequel would be with Arno during the Napoleonic Wars, but I meant mechanically direct. When you look at games that came out after Revelations, they were each very different from each other. III, then IV, then Unity. All three felt like a brand new game (granted, III had sailing too, but IV took it to new heights). Syndicate on the other hand looks like it follows directly in Unity's footsteps. Just with grappling hook and carriages. Not a bad thing. Revelations and Rogue were both direct sequels and I liked them. You can do great things if you have set basis to build upon on. But it's harder to win over casual fans (casual is not an insult) with derivative sequel like that, instead of choosing a different direction. Especially if you build up on a game as polarizing as Unity. Edited June 16, 2015 by HaythamKenway

There's no way they could have raised that much even in a month if Sony didn't advertise it at E3. Sony should have just funded Shenmue instead of forking over all that money to the boneheads at Activision and Treyarch for early access to COD DLC. But I guess another man's trash is another man's treasure. Right, Microsoft? As a PS4 owner, I was not impressed with any of these Japanese titles. It's just not my thing. Horizon and Uncharted were the only appealing games in my opinion. I aslo think Jack Tretton saw the writing on the wall when he left PlayStation, because the last two E3's have not lived up to the promises that PS4 hoped to achieve the year it launched. An un-budgeted cult sequel, a remake, and a game that had most people wondering what the f*ck it was, was not a successful showing, I'm sorry. MyName'sJeff
That's because the other titles are just not ready to be shown. Or the fact that Sony's put their foot of the gas and are being a bit naive at this point. The indies and japanese games are supposed to be directed towards the specific audiences, so I can understand why they are being shown. It's about popular demand. I think they should have showed us a bit of Ratchet and Clank which would have been classic. But I guess the future titles are still being worked on. Did you also believe Capcom when they said that SFV wouldn't be possible without Sony? It only would take one gaming website to post about the kickstarter and it would yield the same result. What do you mean? I think it looks great. The new transformations for the arwing and landmaster look cool, bringing new gameplay possibilities as shown by the boss battle. I was happy to hear they have Platinum co-developing. Other than that, it was a sh*t presentation, save for the bit where Miyamoto and the other Mario co-creator reminisced about their early work on the series. It needed Zelda Wii U, but it's obvious they're pushing it to the NX. I'd say the winners of E3 were Microsoft and Bethesda. Sony was okay, but Nintendo just bombed.
