zexima 138
So Somehow from out of nowhere this graphic glitch came to my game. The characters, all of the characters in game and just the characters, look semi transparent. Link : http://imgur.com/a/22Fl5 What I have tried to do but didn't solve the problem *Changing directx *changing ingame graphics *uninstall windows updates *Reinstalling the game *Getting a new copy of unchanged files of the game and the problem persist *Updated my latest video card drivers, reinstalling it What more can I do? [edit: I might compensate you with money who come with a solution to this problem!!] Edited May 16, 2015 by zexima

But my specs are I5-4200u 1.6ghz AMDRadeon 8750M - 2gb (I run the game on lowest settings with 60ps, the problem isnt my specs) To your second question, no I haven't since the game ran perfectly on the same driver that is now reinstalled. Are you using an Intel HD GPU? Yeah dual. Intel HD and AMD radeon. But this can't be the problem since the game runned perfectly with the exact same setup in the beginning. Red Hat 952
Make sure the game is using Radeon 8750M and not Intel HD Graphics. I'm assuming that the game was using Intel HD, because there seems to be a bug with the latest version of Intel HD Graphics' driver which causes this glitch. zexima 138
Watch this video. Oh yeah That I've already done. But I remember installing a mod on my GTAV around the time I got this problem, but the mods and the game is deleted now (i got a fresh folder without mods) but can the mods that I installed be messing with the "save folders" or the "settings folders" that doesn't get removed when I install a new copy? Might that be the problem and how do I fix it? Im not sure if the problem came before installing the mod or after, pretty sure after.
Red Hat 952
First, let's make sure the game is using AMD Radeon 8750M. To find it, Go to C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V In that there should be a file called settings.xml Open it, and scroll down, at the bottom, you should find. "<VideoCardDescription>Name of the GPU being used</VideoCardDescription>" Post the name of the GPU.

Red Hat 952
You didn't have to change it. My question was, what's the name of the GPU shown in settings.xml? Before you changed it. Edited May 16, 2015 by Kevin3014
Solution Red Hat 952 Posted May 16, 2015 Solution Share Posted May 16, 2015 (edited) </video> <VideoCardDescription>Intel® HD Graphics Family</VideoCardDescription> </Settings> That confirms that the game is using Intel HD instead of your AMD GPU. I did a bit of research, it seems to be a problem faced by Intel+AMD GPU users. Wait for R* to release an update to fix this problem, in the mean time, you can avoid the graphics glitch by downgrading your Intel HD's drivers. You may download the outdated version of Intel HD drivers by clicking here. Edited May 16, 2015 by Kevin3014

RedDagger 27,166
Try downloading Speccy and seeing the temperature of your components, things like are sometimes from dying graphics cards. Anything above 80C is too high usually.
Red Hat 952
Even I had updated Windows, Windows Update had also updated my Intel HD drivers. I tried a system restore, didn't help. It's a bug with the new drivers which is causing this problem. Your best bet would be to download the outdated version of Intel HD drivers, from the link I posted earlier. This might be the problem since I don't remember manually updating the intelHD drivers themself. Do you also have a problem with the new drivers or why did you try system restore? And how do you know it's a bug in the system? Where can I download outdated drivers beside the link you gave me? I don't really trust that file.
Red Hat 952
Don't worry, the link is safe. I uploaded it for fellow Intel HD users.
