Heists are skipping the Setup missions

Hi, I'm having a issue that skips my Heists Setups and goes directly to the final one, I have a unlisted video on youtube to show what is happening, I go to my room, choose "E" to look at my planning board and it goes to the final Heist...

I get my ticket on Rockstar Support and they answered me:

"We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. To resolve this issue, we request you to replay the mission. You can replay Heist strands by calling Lester using the “Request Heist” option."

So I canceled this heist, but it didn't work, now, I can't even do the first setup, I have another video after I canceled the heist:

I want to know if that is happening to more people or just for me, and I'm worried about loosing my "All in Order" bonus, witch is $1 Million for completing All heists including Setups in order...

And something I want to try is to buy a new appartment, it is possible to buy a new appartment and replace my current one? I don't want 2 appartments right now...
