I mean V's golf was super fleshed out (and fun imo) but the tennis was bare bones. On the other hand the lowrider/dancing stuff sounds like a try-once-and-forget gimmick similar to yoga, so I'll go with golf/tennis.

Pet rats. scientists have shown time and time again that rats are capable of experiencing the same rich emotions as humans. this can also have a gameplay benefit where you can tell it to eat security camera wires and buy it food from the pet store.
