San Fierro for sure. And maybe a city based on Oakland as well. So, a map based on the Bay Area.

 

1. Heavy weapons can’t be stored in your inventory (to encourage regular shootouts), and can only be picked up. Sorta like BF4 did with certain weapons.

 

2. Heavy weapons can be stored in your inventory, but ammo is very limited.

Definitely make it depend on the setting. The Classics 104.1 for LC and West Coast Classics for LS.

 

1. Removing other players from the minimap unless you’re in the same area as them (Davis, Chamberlain Hills, etc.)

 

2. Have the option to remove yourself from the minimap, but you won’t be able to see other players if you do so.

Depends on the setting,if it's Las Venturas and surrounding areas (Bone County, Tierra Robada, Area 69) then UFO,if it's some other setting with a big forest in the countryside then have a bigfoot.

washington DC has a bit more to offer i think

 

would you rather have to feed your character every 24 in-game hours to prevent dying to hunger or let your character get some sleep every now and then to prevent him/her being sluggish (slow at running, bad at aiming weapons etc)
