Strickly auto aim target lock. I play on console and it's too hard without it, so rather that than nothing.

Second option.If an NPC gets shot in an arm or leg they should be incapacitated but still be alive for a while and if the paramedics get to them on time they should be able to save them,but if the NPC gets shot in the head or get shot several times in the torso they should be dead immediately.

I'd go with Russia in the 90s.There's a really good 90s Russian crime movie called Brother,and it shows a gritty setting perfect for a GTA game set outside of the USA.

 

If there's more than one generation of some vehicle featured in game,should the generation be specified (for example,Infernus gen 1 and Infernus gen 2) or should the older model have Classic or Retro in the name?

Red Dead games. There already is a link between GTA V and RDR2. But yes, it could be fun.

 

Having a safehouse with a helipad or a safehouse with a bay and a boat ? (like GTAO, the game could park your vehicle).
