1st if female and 2nd if male, 1st if created.  A gta protagonist can't be under 21 cause drinking law in the usa. Might get sued by some upset party again.

 

David Dobrik or Vitalyzdtv as the criminal protagonist? Both are trouble making YouTubers. Feel 2020 would bring their demographic, R* hasn't been done in GTA before.

20-30 because Franklin was actually somewhat relatable but Trev and Michael were just boomers.

Not for the next one. Or, if it is an either/or question (it's not entirely clear), bipolar, a protag with depression doesn't sound like a fun GTA.

 

A working gym (with a muscle/strength and stamina stats) or Radiant-like system of endlessly generating side-missions (say, for your businesses).

Tbh a gym. Because #1, it's impossible to create an "endless generating" mission system, unless you were too repeat the same missions over and over. The gym in SA was really cool.

 

Should we have a snowy setting where it's snowing almost all of the time, or should we keep the normal weather with normal temperatures?

why not both? they should give the player the choice to travel any way he want.
