1st option, as long as R* finish up the last 3 remaining citys. Except San Fierro that city can have the prologue like North Yankton.

The only thing big about GTA 5 was Blaine County's countryside, Vice City only needs a updated version and Las Venturas's countryside is popular but not big.

Since Los Santos Custom most likely will not make a return in GTA Next, since it belongs to Los Santos only.

Will you like to see it return anyways or have multiple Customs with different names and interiors? Example: Benny's, Bleeker's, Axel's, Brucie's, Michelle's, Auto Exotic, Loco Low Co, Wheel Arch Angels, TransFender and Hayes Autos.
