Pistols yes,but I doubt anyone could dual wield miniguns (minigun is a big machinegun with multiple barrels,if you meant small SMGs like Micro Uzi, Tec 9 and Škorpion SMG,then yes).

Zombies. Aliens as an Easter egg were already covered enough in GTA V. Besides, a modern day Undead Nightmare wouldn't be so bad.

As much as I love Vice City, I would choose the Las Venturas one, not because the jetpack, but I think it would give them a lot more freedom. I don't think there would be another story to tell about Tommy, except a downfall.

 

Would you rather see a spinoff/story sequel based on gta v and 4 (Kinda like TLAD and TBOGT did it, but bigger.) or a whole new story that doesn't even mention the previous games?

None. Shooting is too over used nowadays. I'd rather have a minigame where you have to escape stuff while being timed or challenge in a rocket ship. More Shooting or Racing for GTA Online 2?

Shooting, while Cunning Stunts was definitely fun, I feel like it doesn't belong on a game like GTA. Or at least resort back to street races only.
