Sounds cool but it will just emphasize what they don't add physics to. And also what ever collides with it will most likely just explode before it would be able to actuall get tangled and/or just end up glitching, spaze out and getting flung. So unless the physics are just it swaying in the wind or something like that, I can't realistically seeing it work. So no, I guess.

 

Should the game allow you to adopt a dog like a husky, German Shepard, pit bull, etc, but they're not to important and are more or less just another weapon, or would you rather have a diffult dog that you already have but it is more important to the game and might even play a part to the plot?
