Option A:

-Rockstar adds Liberty City to Online in 2018 (as part of a remastered GTA IV). Unfortunately the scale of this endeavor means that GTA VI only contains one new city (for an example let's say Vice City).

 

Or...

 

Option B:

-Rockstar leaves GTA IV (and thus Liberty City) in the past and continues forward with modest DLC similar to what we have now. However Rockstar's resources are freed up to offer two, bigger all new cities of San Diego and Las Ventura in GTA VI to complete the state of San Andreas.

Should there be a cutscene when you fail a mission or just a phone-call? For example, if you fail to protect the contact from the enemies, the cutscene will play showing the enemies murdering the contact and the player and then the "Mission Failed" text pops up. Like the one seen in Arkham Knight.
