I disapprove, 3D Universe and HD Universe should stay separate.

 

Should there be a dynamic pedestrians interaction or not? For example if you hit a ped's car, he/she will get out and insult you, being able to engage in casual conversation with the peds, paramedics healing you if you are hurt (like in GTA 4), etc.
