Should vehicles in game perform similar to the way they do now for should Rockstar start from scratch?

Notice I didn't say "simulate GTA IV's style or make a hybrid of IV and V".

The only option in this question is to keep it the same or start over with new vehicle physics

They should improve vehicles.Stuff like cars exploding when they fall on the roof,cars with road tires and low ground clearance off roading better than dune buggies or motorcycles jumping to rooftops after hitting a low wall while doing a wheelie shouldn't come back.

Futuristic would be cool, but I feel it's done to death, especially in the new COD, Saints Row and numerous others, so no. Modern FTW.
