Maybe not. Rather picking bricks and glass szards for one use only.

 

Dismembering with explosives or disfiguring heads with shotgun? (more you shoot, the more the head becomes shapeless)

I don´t think R* would put gore in GTA again (it didn´t had any gore since 3D games,where you could shoot off NPC´s heads with some weapons),but I guess second option.
