I think i'm used to solitude, I feel like i like solitude and vegetation, Walking through puddles looking at buildings covered with vines and vegetation.

I mean in Vice City he was a literal NPC that was in the game for barely a minute and none of us had any idea who the f*ck he was at the time and even though a few years later when R* confirmed it was him it was still pretty hard to care about since they retconned the sh*t out of his physical appearance to the point he was pretty much a different character.

 

Not that it matters much to me as Vic’s a dry and boring character anyway, but his “death” is probably the most cookie cutter way to go in the series. A bullet in the chest during a shootout. Yawn. Care factor = 0.

Ngl in my headcanon Carcer City was in the State of Alderney as well. Only in the HD era though. In the 3D era bits of New Jersey seem to be part of the Liberty State, so I imagine in the 3D era Liberty State is a lot bigger than in the HD era. Well, also because the 3D era LC was less New York than the 2D or HD era renditions.
