Yeah.

 

TLAD's new bikes have their own handling physics, whereas GTA IV's bikes still handle the same in TLAD and TBOGT. It's just that Niko falls off easier.

 

Not sure about Luis, though. I also feel that Johnny flies out of windshield easier in car accidents.

I guess it just shows how much difference falling off bikes more easily makes. So much more enjoyable to ride bikes in TLAD.
