SET_STATE_OF_CLOSEST_DOOR_OF_TYPE The Remove_IPL native works when opening the cluckin bell doors, and oneil farm and jewlery store doors, I have played around with SET_STATE_OF_CLOSEST_DOOR_OF_TYPE before with no luck, about to play with it again with REMOVE_IPL as well. edit: I got the jewlery store doors to open up as well as the ones in the O'Neil farm. Updated the OP with how (removeing IPLs not setting state of closest door, that does nothing). Not sure why FIBlobby and LiveInvaderlobby isnt working. Since you're using Visual Studio, just right click the native and click "Go to Declaration" if you choose to edit it yourself.
