Well from what I see, it seems that ReShade has improved. It doesn't seem to have that over brightness problem at night anymore.

But I am wondering, is it possible to activate/deactivate ReShade effects with scripts? I ask because it would be nice if the mod could be disabled when you go in the in-game web browser.

Dear authors, i love the last version of your mod, but i think you went too far with windows reflections. I prefer to play in first person view, and it's almost impossible to do sometimes:

And it's even worse when it's midday

What car was used in this video?

It was Gallivanter Baller LE (Large).

But all the cars have this problem, but some less, some more. I suppose it depends on the angle of the glass to road.

Here is Bravado Buffalo:

If you use original vehicle_vehglass_inner.fxc shader, the bug still exists?

Excuse me are you talking to me? 'Cause what you just said is like sealed book to me. ;)

To make it clear - all the vehicles in my game are vanilla. I'm using a "wipers" mod, but i'm not sure it has smth to do with the problem.

Well i made nights looking darker, but i do it every time you release a new version.

You made reflections look perfectly outside in the last update, but i suppose they reflect too much when you're inside a vehicle.

Dear robi29, if you were talking to me, tell me please how i'm supposed to use this original shader to make sure?

p.s. i'll do some additional testing like installing an original 'Visual V' version, and remove all my mods, but i'm telling you it all started after i installed the last version with improved reflections!

Listen guys, i probably found the source of my problem, but i'm not sure. I copied the original 'update.rpf' file and installed a 'not modified by me' 'Visual V'. Your mod only, no other mods. I also deleted all the ASI files (but OpenIV) from the GTA V root directory, and the 'Scripts' folder. It helped. At least i do not have all these reflections when i'm in Buffalo.

I figured out that it was Menyoo (the most recent version) that increased the power of reflections in several times. Strange isn't it?! Considering that i didn't change anything in Menyoo's preferences.

But i still have the same awful reflections in Gallivanter Baller LE (Large). Watch the video:

So, i'm confused a little.

It's Rockstar fault. They used an outter vehglasses shader for inner vehglasses. Gallivanter Baller LE is affected and some another vehicles can too.

Noticed an issue with shadows.asi, shadows for objects disappear for some time and flicker:

With shadows.asi (traffic lights)

Without shadows.asi shadows work just fine

RAGE has a limitation to render up to 16 dynamic lights with shadow maps, when shadow disappear, limit is breached so game is removing rhe shadow map.

I'd like to use the original snow files but I can't get them working by just only copying snow, light_snow and xmas.xml.

The weathers are still messed up, which another files controls them? I also copied the original timecyc_mods files and weather.xml but the weathers still messed up.

EDIT

I tried with an entirely original update.rpf and only added the weather files, no other files such as visualsettings and so on and no weather.xml and time.xml.

And for some odd reason the original snow weathers are still messed up, I'm now truely confused how this is possible.

Do the snow files shares some details with other weather files?

Here some screenshots:

https://i.imgur.com/bgX8w0I.jpg

https://i.imgur.com/vOt0mFu.jpg

In some hours they get messed up, also on 05:00 and even the timecycle_mods were tested modded and original, still the same.

A suggestion and hopefully you'll apply this.

Can you add and make the original snow weathers original in next VisualV update?

EDIT 2

OMG, it even happens on original unmodded GTAV??! Removed 'mods' folder so umodded and the bullsh*t graphics in the screenshots are there too.

Wow, never expected this from R* but why should I be surprised from such extremely lazy company...

So, question to staff of VisualV, why is this happening? Unfinished stuff before they released it?

Stock 'neutral' weather got the same odd thing, did R* never finished them?

The VisualV snow weathers doesn't really add up to GTAV's atmosphere and those original weathers looks really nice and also fits right to GTAV.

NaturalVision ✪ Remastered - Increased procedural vegetation density around different parts of the map with little to no FPS loss:

A147hVh.gif

NaturalVision ✪ Remastered - Increased the amount of litter / trash spawned around certain parts of the city:

ES2MHQQ.gif

Hello, is it possible that you introduce something like that? Or maybe such an amendment is included in VisualV in the current version?
I'm asking because the new version of NaturalVision has made a lot of patches and graphic enhancements, and maybe there's something that you can use to enter VisualV if it does not already exist.
Regards ;)

Does it mean that i can't use "Better positioning of pause menu" and "Enabled blur during weapons radiostations switching" options from the previous version? Or can I? Will there be glitches?

Depends on whether the files these two modify have been updated in the newest patch. In which case you can check what exactly has been changed in them and bring these changes over to the modified files.

We gave up to include these optionals to this and next versions of VisualV, bwcause me and robi decided that there are too many of them. You can use them from the earlier versions on SSA update.

Out of curiosity, have you guys thought about playing around with the wind and ocean wave settings in the weather.xml?

You can add a lot more diversity by making the plants blow in the wind more during a thunder storm. Plus, I think that the waves out in the ocean are a bit exaggerated on a calm day. You can have them be calmer, then you can have the waves be rougher during a storm, as well as turning up the foam.

Yeah, this is the problem we are aware of. ENT is not compatible with Reshade v. 2+. Well, actually i'm using ENT with the ReShade ver. 1.1.0.963. No problem at all! So, you could downgrade your ReShade if it has higher version.

So the problem comes from Enhanced Native Trainer? Okay, thanks for that.

UPDATE:

The ENT is not the problem. Reshade can run perfectly if I run on integrated graphics and it never worked on Nvidia Graphics Processor.
