Oh then I suggest you don't purchase any tampons from him. He will sell you a box but you will never get it.

 

My mom once took $5 out of my change jar, and then told me she did not. I knew she lied. I still listened to her when she gave me lectures about saving money later in life.

 

OT: You can trust whoever you want, but I fail to see how any scam discredits him as a leaker. He never lied about anything he leaked, that's all that matters imo.

Kinda whiney but semi justified. Although I don't think R* owes us anything, as this game has already had much more content added then most games get, I do very much agree that at the very least, they could not keep us in the dark. They say an update is coming, give us a teaser, then just leave us hanging. That is not how most game conpanies operate. Usually when a game gets an update/dlc it gets revealed with a date and what is coming. Idk why Rockstar can't do that.

 

And btw, many players do care very much about the art, snapmatics, verified jobs, etc including me.

Fair enough but if the game already has so much content added to it, why do they continue to work on it and get us excited and then leave us in the dark? In all honesty, I wish they would have started to focus on other projects and let us know that other things besides GTAV related content is in the works. Only reason I feel like they should add content monthly is because they haven't mentioned anything else in these last 2 and a half years besides GTA V this GTA V that. Literally every year before 2012 they were working on multiple projects

 

2008: Grand Theft Auto IV and Midnight Club: Los Angeles

2009: Episodes From Liberty and South Central Expansion to Midnight Club: LA

2010: Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare

2011: LA Noire and added DLC to LA Noire + RDR from year before

2012: Max Payne 3 + DLC added to Max Payne 3

2013: Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online

2014: Monthly GTA Online Updates/GTA V Next Gen Release

2015: GTA Online Heists and GTA V PC release

 

They've only been releasing GTA V related stuff since 2012 so I think we're entitled to more content added if GTAV is the only thing they're pointing towards focusing solely on.

They are known for being secretive, but they should shed some of that and communicate more about new updates and whatnot. DICE is one of the best at this, imo.

Honestly. I can't believe they're still pulling this sh*t in 2015. Back in the day before the PS3/360 generation this kind of thing didn't really matter as Internet wasn't as a big a deal back then but when the 7th generation started and they re-vamped their website in August 2009, I thought for a while that yes, they're finally communicating with their fans again as there were noteworthy posts almost everyday back then. You guys can check for yourself, browse all tags on the Newswire and go to the last page. People are so used to getting information easily these days so the fact that Rockstar is so secretive and fail to stay hip to the current times is very disappointing. Especially when their game itself tells a different story, so much potential still in the air yet they choose to sit back on their lazy asses and just work on stuff without communicating at all. How is this method effective at all? Like from a business perspective sure, but by doing this they're literally shouting to the world they don't care about their fans. I can't believe this man.

I wouldn't even be complaining this much if I knew they were working on other projects besides GTA V/GTA Online but since they decide to keep their mouths shut regarding updates, it just makes it that much worse.

If it'll be a Tuesday, it will either be the 9th or the 16th of June... The PC Rockstar Editor competition will have ended then and there will be several GTA:O splash screens advertising this that will need to be removed. I can't remember whether they can do that on-the-fly like a hotfix or if that sort of change requires a more substantial update.

 

I don't think we'll get anything for Independence Day, perhaps the Firework Launcher and Fireworks purchasable again.

Next update will probably be mid-August or later. I sense the hamster wheel has began to slow down.
