The AOD. They are much stronger, better equipped and have chapters all around America. The LC bikers were weak, poorly equipped and ceased to exist after 2001.

Story:

Billy Bob Bean, the leader of the powerful Redneck gang from Anywhere City starts to expand his meth business to the Blaine County of San Andreas. The O'Neil Brothers and other local Rednecks catch wind of Billy Bean and his gang setting up shop in their turf. The O'Neil Brothers and other Rednecks unite and start attack Billy Bean's meth labs throughout Blaine County. Billy Bean enraged starts to make phone calls for reinforcements from Anywhere City. Blaine County soon becomes a battleground between two influential Redneck gangs.

I think O´Neils would win.As someone already said,they had enough power and influence to get noticed by Triads.Also,Blaine County is their turf,they know it well and have connections there.

O'Neils. Because they have better weapons, they know Blaine Country so well and acquired various foreign meth contracts. The Rednecks are new to BC, and don't have that good weapons. The O'Neils are also led by brothers, so there is a stable leadership.

Story:

A large scale riot happens started by the Cancer City gang the Smileys. Nearly all the security and staff's die as a result. Their weapons soon become available for all. A free for all mass killing happens in the Asylum. The Smileys targeting and killing any patient for fun. Though only one group of patients fights back. The Anywhere City gang the Loonies. They want to show the Smileys who the REAL loonies are. A free for all, anything goes fight starts. Which gang is the looniest and comes out on top?
