I've seen most of the movies in theaters all ready. I saw Star Wars 3 times, The Hateful Eight once, Point Break once, and I kind of want to see Daddy's Home. I'd rather see that than Concussion. I read that Concussion is snail paced and the dialogue isn't that good. It's too slow for a drama.

 

I feel self conscious now because of what Midnight Hitman said about my beard. I like my beard but I sometimes think I'm ugly or bad looking. I was bullied a lot when I grew up and I believed what people said about me. I take things seriously and personal. I'm really sensitive.

I've had social anxiety ever since I was 14-15 ish, at 16 I tried meditation and spriritual stuff, it helped greatly, I stopped at 17 because of people saying its all "bull****" n stuff, but I've recently started again, it really works, anxiety and stress levels have gone back down again, I feel much happier, I don't care what others say, it works and that's the most important thing. I guess...

So did I when I was in school. It was bullsh*t for me. Some spiritual hocus pocus where you had to meditate and focus spiritual energy at certain points on your body.

 

I've also tried all sorts of anti-depressants of varying kinds and doses, but for some reason they don't work on me either. My GP practically just shrugs and goes "I 'unno". Well, thank f*cking you.

 

And seeing a psychiatrist/therapist/shrink/counsellor/whatever you call them was terrible. I tried twice and they didn't help, in fact they made me feel worse about myself.

 

I am an optimist.
