Aren't you able to return Defective Goods to the Place of Purchase in the US?

Forgot to add that bit: the service provider whom I purchased the phone from, Sprint, was no longer supporting that particular device due to some weirdness with their partnership with Motorola Mobility -- I don't remember the full details. There is no death of pop music. "Modern" pop didn't sour from its elder progenitors. Pop music, by virtue of what it is, has always. f*cking. sucked.

Pop music nowadays is pretty sucky, I just seen Aguilera's Dirty and she atleast tried to make a hit song with a provocative concept, meanwhile Anaconda is, just, bad.

 

But isn't pop music just 'popular' music. It is no genera.. it is just what the kids are listening to.

I'd probably suggest you get in touch with your State's Consumer Protection Agency.

At the beginning of this year I had a girlfriend and I thought her and I would be together for a long time. White blond hair, light blue eyes , italian, jdm car enthusiast, chemistry, and we could talk about anything with each other. I thought she was a keeper.

 

On this day , we were just texting as friends , but we were getting to the point where we were developing strong feelings for each other.

 

She broke up with for certain reasons, including long distance, and I wasn't ready to let go. So I texted her at least once a month just to check up on her. I texted her in November about some stuff and she made feel like we could be together again, so I got curious and saw that she had a boyfriend , and accepted that it was really time I let her go.

 

I'm trying my best not to text her right now. On Christmas Day, I don't even want to wish her a merry Christmas. But thanks to the date I'm constantly being reminded of how she made me feel, and it makes it really hard.

Spent a good 14 hours today in the heat, helping build a some massive playset (cubby, swing, rockwall & slide), as well as a trampoline and sandpit, all for my nieces.

Anyway, bought a load of things to eat 'n for baking - while I was at uni half the kitchen was replaced so we have a working oven now, and of course we can't waste it while we're here...health be damned!
