I've been asked twice if I had a girlfriend by people I've met lately. It's nice that people don't assume I'm single. But I'm going to visit my family and I feel like they're gonna ask me "so you have a girlfriend yet?" and it's just gonna make me feel pretty awkward. Lol.

i dunno what i'm going to do today, but i'm glad i'm not working like i will be tomorrow but seriously.... i don't want to use the word bored because it's a state of mind, and i get that

 

i just genuinely don't know what i'm going to do today, i don't have any desire too go out and do something but at the same time, i have been hermitting it at home alot since i got back from the house boat holiday.....

 

the one thing i do need to do is get a haircut so i probably should go and do that, yeah.... that doesn't sound to bad, go do that, get outside for a bit, stretch and all that good stuff, then come home and play some tlad and chill out for the rest of the day... that sounds like a good way to spend the day off, so thats what i'm going to do XD

I had a dream I was in New York City and a bomb went off. Like multiple huge ones. Big enough to knock down skyscrapers including the Empire State Building. Oh man I high tailed my ass outta there, that sh*t was so damn scary!

Feelings.... yeah, bad ones can actually be a benefit. The thing about sh*tty times that everyone says (and that makes you want to punch noses, puke or a little of both)is honestly true. You need the sour to be able to recognize the sweet, as well as get an accurate feel of how sour/sweet life is really tasting at that minute. This has been a pretty rough year for me and my little family, as many of you know the ups and downs I've had to deal with, in many ways I've been able to deal with them only because of the community here at large as well as many single members who have reached out to offer support. To those individuals, pretty much anyone I'm PMing with now or in the past (you special people all know who you are. ) I want to express my gratitude and say "Thank you." It has been truly wonderful being a part of this community in general, so I say thank you to all of you, even to those who I rub the wrong way and vice versa.

 

I didn't intended to write any of that.... it just happened, I meant to say that the struggles help put in perspective what matters. I woke up this morning and went to my car, a 2002 Acura MDX, that had the check engine light pop on 2 days ago. It started this morning, but just barley, things are really bad there... but I am able to just rest easy knowing this problem is solveable. This problem is one of many, and not by a long shot, the worst of this terrible year.

 

So I guess I owe a thank you to the struggles, because with the really struggley ones, I see some aren't quite as bad.

 

TL:DR - Life is.
