And no, im not lazy. I have a great life, tbh. Since im only 22 years old i still life at home. In our family, you move out when you get married, not earlier. Thats why my mom cooks dinner every single day, cleans the house, washes our clothes etc, wich i really appreciate. And when my gf comes over she helps my mom as well with said things (thats why i mentioned her as well). Even if i ever move out and marry said gf i still wont do those things tbh. , I really want to be 190lbs again instead of 240lbs. Worst part is that im never sure if I want to bulk of cut. My body responds better to weights, and when I try to cut I plateau around 220 lb. What's worse is that I can get back up to 240 in what seems like less than a week sometimes.

 

I'm beginning to wonder if it's just my genetics and I just hve to accept it.

 

How easy it is for me gain back weight is a bit unispirong, but I'll keep at it and see how it goes.
