Ill admit, im kind of feeling strange... I dont even know how to describe this...

I dont know if any of you have ever heard this before... But there is a quote that goes to say something like

"If a guy's best friend is a girl, its impossible for him not to fall in love with her at some point"

Now me personally have always gone against that statement, always have done, especially since my best friend is a girl...

Ah, my friend, welcome to that railway. Regardless of what is currently happenning to me and the posts I've been doing recently in this thread, I've fallen in love with a very close female friend a couple of years back. But she had her boyfriend and I was too much of a nice guy for her to consider me as a potential partner. I got to a point where I had so many stress with that girl, school and such that I had to get weight off my back because I was starting to become ill. And so I did, unsuccesfully. We've had our ups and downs, I was really close to be with her, but maybe I lacked attitude or maybe she just didn't want anything with me. Then she didn't even want to talk to me. But I finally got to keep her as a good friend.

Either you can try and express your feelings, take a high risk and have a story similar to mine, or avoid doing so, and keep the relationship intact.

If I were you, I'd take the risk, no matter what would happen later. It can be worthy.

Have you ever had that friend who is a girl and some people think you're a couple but you're just really damn good friends?

Last year she was in my classroom but we didn't really talk until towards the end of the year. This continued through WhatsApp until school started in March and she got in my class about a month later. We've developed (And we are still developing) a great friendship recently, and I love spending time with her. We have similar ways of thinking/tastes/etc. and, to sum it up, we have a really good chemistry.

I'm not really interested in her as a girlfriend, as I like another girl who is a friend of us. And I'm not really her type, I suppose. It's all good.

Three weeks later... A classmate who I've known for a couple of years likes my friend. She says she doesn't feel attracted to him at all but I don't know. I want to protect her because he is a scumbag, but she doesn't listen to me. We've fallen out a little bit. At the same time, this guy started talking a lot with her and another friend of ours, and I'm kind of left aside.

Can't catch a f*cking break, huh?

 

 

 

Three days later. Just three days. Yesterday, I made a stupid joke about my country's soccer team. My friend for some reason got really mad and hasn't spoken to me since. She doesn't even sit next to me anymore in class, and yes, she sits next to this dickhead.

Luckily we have winter break, I'm gonna lay so damn low the next two weeks. Man, what an awful day this was...

 

 

Fourth and final (Or so it seems) report.

I followed Matchew's advice today. I asked her what happened. She told me I was treating her like my object. She hyperbolized the whole situation saying I was lying to her, and, overall, said a lot of horrible things to me.

I tried to make her react but I couldn't do anything. She's made her decision and she's gone.

But the worst part is that I have to share classroom with her and this guy for another four months. Hard times ahead.

Yes - because, of course, total freedom of speech is a more important right than an individual's right to life - freedom from state-endorsed barbarism, whomever thought up a silly thing like that?

 

And is that not hypocrisy of the highest order? Your response, your desired course to prevent censorship, is to have the people who demand censorship killed - in essence - censoring people (by killing them) to prevent the loss of your own freedom of speech.
