Feeling a lot of frustration right now.

I just hate how it takes so much time to get to where you want to be you know? It's like a crushing weight that reminds you "Hey you can't get where you want to be for like another 10 years." I know that's life, but it really sucks at times.

Currently feeling depressed. I watched a film on Netflix called "Hot Girls Wanted" and it introduced me to several new pornstars to fap to. Feeling like I made a good decision today.

Attractive coworker that I didn't know came in while I was ready to clock out.

We made eye contact and she gave me her number.

 

 

Just kidding. My nerves got the better of me and I pretended she didn't even exist. All I wanted to spurt out was a "hey what's up" before I left. Couldn't even do that.

 

Oh well, I'll become better acquainted with her sooner or later.

 

Also, this is like the third job I've had where I see coworkers hang out with each other and texting each other. Kinda wonder why my coworkers never wanna hang. Maybe it's my introversion repelling them away lol. Oh well at least they all think I'm friendly. Maybe they do want to hang out but I just need to talk to them more. But...eh.

You know what I learned just now? You can choose to be happy. If you're sad you don't have to be if you don't want to. Being happy involves adopting a positive mindset. So why not do it even when you're feeling sad? You can make fun of what makes you sad and immediately be happy so me being sad is just me choosing to be.

 

So whenever I'm feeling sad I simply change my attitude and 9 times out of 10 I can get myself into a positive mood within an hour. I think being sad is only a choice. If I'm sad its because I choose to be. And I think I am because deep down I want to be. So Im now trying to fight that part of me that wants me to wallow in despair for the rest of my life.

I think there are different degrees of sadness. Sometimes you can make light of your situation, but sometimes that doesn't help at all. When you're served a real injustice there is no choice, you're sad because you're f*cked, not f*cked because you're sad, but it probably plays into it a bit.

 

The emptiness is there for as long as you lack substance. and it'll be there through the acting. Y'know?
