OT desperately changing the subject: I'm looking forward to getting back home in a few weeks. I'm meant to be going abroad soon but I'm looking forward to playing CS GO and CoD4 more. I just hope CoD4 still has some decent servers running. What are everyone's plans for the summer?

I know it's almost the end of term but classes remain ongoing. Hmm. For a "fun" exercise, describe your ideal summer holiday destination. Include the hemisphere in which it's located, climate and anything of geopolitical note going on in the area. Actually never mind the last part--Reuben's essay on his spring break with his aunt on that West Bank settlement almost ended with a fatwa on the school. I'm thinking of revisiting Spain this summer. Other than that, I've got a few road trips planned with friends. Also, my dad's going to be working in Angola for a few months (he's establishing a partnership with some company there), so it would be great to visit it. I'm pretty curious about Angola

Sounds interesting, mate. Road trips with mates are always a good laugh. Going to Belgium with my school at 15 was a great laugh (though I imagine you'll have a bit more freedom than we were accorded on that trip). I'm going abroad with some friends which should be interesting (the last time I left the country was with my school when I was 15).

 

 

All the best to your father's business interests in Angola. I confess to not knowing that much about the country (wouldn't make that great a geography teacher after all).
