Like I said, before last week they've been sort of mellow, unless of course one of those triggers posted above. However, this last week has been just happening out of the blue, I might just be over thinking, IDK. It's not been fun, or easy for that matter.

Feeling great after first, waking up at 5 am with 4 hours of sleep yesterday, and then pulling an all nighter and being in a car for 100 miles last night

Take some time and really examine what makes your body react toward the things you are triggered by. If you cannot find a reasonable line of inquiry on that front, at least try to cut down on caffeine and sugars, and drink some more water. On top of that, make yourself go outside for walks in the sun every day if you can manage it. Even better would be a jog, and as well as that, some exercise of the rest of the body. This will all make the body feel better-- and by result, the mind as well. Sedentary life can depress one and invite a host of anxieties. Realizing this is the first step, and the path may be long, but you can make it.

Hmm, I feel like I wanna change, erase some people from my friends list (EDIT: 26.05 > There goes one) and do something different with my life...

It's just boring, there are some people who I really would like to get "away", but at the same time I don't, I don't know, it's just confuse

Maybe run away from Problematic people to first get better and everything.

Staying the whole day inside my house, in this student "imprisoned" life is just getting on my nerves, I'm getting tired of this sh*t.

Having that crush on a Girl and not doing anything because I have some "mind block".

Going bad on School, bad grades due to lack of motivation which comes from those and many other reasons... IDK...

Being Anti-Social and more...

All of this, is tiring...

 

TL;DR

Today I had those memories coming, from better times when I used to be happier and everything, less irritated and much more...

Used to have what I consider a better life...

I just feel like I gotta change this sh*tty way of life before it destroys me

I had a GTA 5 moment yesterday...I was walking in the street, and a 20ish years old female was walking in front of me...After a minute or so, she started to walk faster, and she kept looking over her shoulder...The fact that it 11 at night didn't help either...It's a good thing there was a store nearby that I could pretend to go into in order to prevent any problems...Life is soooo strange...

So me and my grandmother got into a pointless argument about violent video games (She's a more Christian than me) because she saw the legends on Assassin's Creed 4. During the argument she assumes to tell me that I'm obsessed with murder because I play gta, ac 4 and the fact I watch investigation discovery. Then we got at it with our personal lives. In short she kept telling me how video games about murder are evil and desensitize people and yet you here about murder everyday. She also claims that I don't do enough praise and worship with her (which for some reason I don't like it with her)

But what got me the most is that she criticizes me on my faith and believes I ain't putting a much effort to read the Bible (I'm trying a verse a day and went back to my old church).

In my experience, old geezers usually never have anything nice to say about young people and Millennials. I think it's a cycle, in a couple years we'll probably be the ones talking down the people currently in elementary school.

 

Anyways, don't stress too much about it.
