i use to own a type-r. the insurance is about the same price as a NSX

insurance is expensive. i have owned several civics 4doors and hatchbacks, type-r, evo mr9 and s2k. the Evo and the Type-R had about the same price in insurance. The s2k was a little bit cheaper but not much. the hatchbacks & 4doors were cheap. but i had a race car stolen (96 hatchback) and all i got back was 2grand, where it had about 20 grand into it at the time.

Humongous rear spoiler. I got a ballpark quote on it was pretty cheap and I found myself imagining myself un-ricing it and making it my own....
