Crash when firing a handgun, enter vehicle, and other random crashes

Hey guys, i've been playing the game for more than 1 weeks with no problem (except known bugs still happened). I'm using native trainer and some mods. I also always changing my update from update 3 to 4 to 5 back to 3 back again to 5. But i noticed after I put 3 mods (train driver, cruise script and fuel script) game start crashing. I've tried re-install it, delete everything about GTA5 in my PC but crash still happen. This is my launcher log after i re install and only 3 mods i have (except 3 above). Any answers would be so much appreciated thanks
