I'm going to list 10 random activities that may happen in GTA Online. Answer them to how you would respond.

 

What would you do if...

 

1- You are doing some robbery sprees, and there is a random stocking up on snacks in the next store you plan to rob?

 

2- You encounter a random flying around in an unarmed plane/helicopter near you

 

3- Your friend kills someone in your crew/vice versa.

 

4- You're minding your own business and a random you don't know invites you to a private session and/or party chat.

 

5-You see a random driving around in a special/limited edition vehicle that you never had a chance to buy.

7. Leave it alone..... unless it looked like a clown puked on it while vehicle access was set to everyone, and then I would be a nice guy & give it a car wash............. off the end of the Del Perro pier or other appropriate impromptu car wash location LOL!

 

8. Be ready for combat until you know what their intentions are.

A: Killl him, rob the store quickly and move on. Not taking the chance they'll shoot me first and I plan to be in and out very quickly. Depending on timing I might shoot the shop assistant early.

A: Leave him alone if it's just one person in the aircraft.

 

3- Your friend kills someone in your crew/vice versa.

A: Just tell them over the mic that I know both people. Yes... use a mic - crazy notion.

A: Ignore. Most of the time they're squeakers or someone wanting help with a money glitch. I want no part in that.

 

5-You see a random driving around in a special/limited edition vehicle that you never had a chance to buy.

A: Would never happen. I have everything limited edition.

 

6- You and a random are on the same road and are driving towards each other.

A: Drive right past. The chances of him being a threat to me are slim to none at the speed I'm going.

A: Nothing. I'm busy doing other stuff than to care about an unattended vehicle. They vehicle may be abandoned from them launching a job and it having not despawned yet so there's completely no reason to waste ammo on it for no reason..

 

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing.

Give him a chance, if he acts in a threatening way, eliminate him. Especially if we outnumber him, he has no chance.

 

9- You encounter a foreign speaking person on chat

In free roam: Ignore. I can't communicate with him. I rarely want to speak to randoms unless I'm doing a job anyway. The only time I engage in free roam chat with randoms is when they are saying something racist or ignorant.

In a job: Ask them if they speak English.

 

10- You get an invite to someone's garage/apartment.

Ignore. I have no interest in seeing the same apartment I have or seeing a garage full of chrome and brightly coloured monstrosities.

Kill them and continue on my spree.

 

2- You encounter a random flying around in an unarmed plane/helicopter near you

Aim to the sky and possibly kill them.

 

3- Your friend kills someone in your crew/vice versa.

Nothing if it was the friend killing the crew member. Friends are on a higher level of respect than crew members. Other way around I would message him and say please stop he/she is my friend.

 

4- You're minding your own business and a random you don't know invites you to a private session and/or party chat.

Maybe accept, maybe not. Depends if I can be bothered to get up and grab the mic.

 

5-You see a random driving around in a special/limited edition vehicle that you never had a chance to buy.

Chase and destroy.

Open fire with the AP pistol as they near and hope to plug them.

If I'm in my Insurgent I'll ram it over and over again until it catches fire or I'll get out and auto shotgun it until it again catches fire.

 

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing.

Very rarely fool around with friends but I'd treat him/her as hostile and shoot on site unless a message was sent beforehand to me. I would still be suspicious though.

 

9- You encounter a foreign speaking person on chat

Laugh.

 

10- You get an invite to someone's garage/apartment.

Most of the time I delete it but if I do join I go passive first in case I'm kicked out.

7- You encounter someone's personal vehicle unattended - depends...if its a zentorno or adder, im putting a ring of gas around it then lighting it up with my exhaust flames

 

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing - kill them with no mercy, continue to gang rape them until they either leave or call their crew for backup so we can have a proper firefight

 

9- You encounter a foreign speaking person on chat - find them, and kill them, because this is Murica and we speak Murican

 

10- You get an invite to someone's garage/apartment - ignore it and go about my business. what am i gonna do, go there so i can smoke the same bong i have at my apartment, drink the same whiskey/wine, drink the same green juice, dance with the same hooker i favorited, watch the same tv show, use the same laptops?

Let him go on his way. He's not bothering me, why would I do anything? If there's anyone else in the helicopter and they send shots my way, I blow them out of the sky.

Depends who it is. Generally I'm not playing with more than one person in my crew at any given time. I'll probably just let them fight it out.

Ignore the private session. With party invites, I always join and leave the instant I can. It's amusing.

Let him go on his way. I doubt he'd let me take it for a spin.

6- You and a random are on the same road and are driving towards each other.

Drive directly towards him and move out of the way at the last second. Safest option.

Try to get in it. If it's unlocked, I take it for a joyride. I can't help myself. Otherwise I just leave it be... unless it's a Zentorno. In which case... well, I might sink it into the ocean.

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing.

We'd let him join in on the shenanigans... if he really is curious. If he shows aggression, I kill him.

Mute them or ignore them.

2. Let them be, unless I'm flying a Lazer, then I'll shut them down.

5. I was around when I could buy these, and they didn't appeal to me at all so this is not something I'd lose my sleep over. They can keep minding their business.

 

6. If he hit my car I'll try to kill him, if he just drive by I'll keep on minding my business.

 

7. Mostly nothing, but if the car doesn't please me I'd try to pop it's tires if they're not bulletproof, and generally vandalize the car without blowing it up.

 

8. If he doesn't appear to be hostile I won't attack him.

 

9. Ignore them, possibly mute them if they keep talking too much.

If it's a white dot, I wait for them to finish and leave, then rob the store. If it's a pink dot, I go to passive mode and do the same. Red dot, I stay away.

Ignore. I tried to fly in formation a few times but nothing came out of it.

On the other hand, once in my Hydra I accidentally shot down a Titan that was flying past in the wrong place in the wrong time. I explained the mistake, offered the Hydra and we became friends.

White dot, nothing, just keep driving. Red dot change direction ASAP.

I always try to steal other people's PV's, usually they're locked though.

Mostly ignore, but sometimes I change to a outfit with a short skirt or something and accept. Usually they aren't even in the apartment anyway, once I found a party with a stripper but really there isn't much to do in an apartment anyway.

I'll go in and start buying some snacks with him. If he doesn't kill me, I'll wait until he leaves and rob the store after. If he does kill me, I'll try to get a revenge kill and then just move on to the next store.

If I can get a good angle, I'll try to shoot him down with the AA launcher. I can't resist having an AA role in any game, especially Arma 3. Seeing a trail of smoke from my missile lead up to a grand explosion in the sky is a thrill for me.

I stay out of it. Don't want to take sides.

 

4- You're minding your own business and a random you don't know invites you to a private session and/or party chat.

I can't get party chat invites anymore since I play on PC. If it's a TS3/Ventrilo invite over chat, I might join to see what's up. Invite to private session? Decline, those are boring.

I only have the Roosevelt, but if I see a random driving either one I'll say "nice car" in chat.

I'll try to stay on the far side of the road from him to try to signal that I'm friendly. If he tries to head-on collide with me, I'll take it as a derby challenge and start ramming his car until he gets out.

 

7- You encounter someone's personal vehicle unattended.

I try to steal it and take it for a joyride. If it's locked or I can only get in the passenger seat, I'll go get a Cargobob and put it on top of a skyscraper.

 

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing.

I'll circle around him and see if he tries anything funny. If he does, I'll give verbal instructions to my friends on how to handle the situation. If he's cool, I'll finish the circle and continue doing what I was doing.

 

9- You encounter a foreign speaking person on chat

I'll try to communicate with them, especially if they are a speaker of Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Korean. I know a lot of Spanish but am not quite fluent, so I can read Spanish and Portuguese well enough to converse for a short time. I am learning Russian and Korean, so if they speak either of those languages I'll greet them in either of those languages might add them so that later I can practice my speaking and listening with them.

 

10- You get an invite to someone's garage/apartment.

50% of the time, I'll join just to see what's up. If they take me to their garage, I'll say "nice cars" regardless of what I actually think, just to give them a compliment (most of the time though, I actually do like their cars). If it's their apartment, I'll get drunk and stumble around for a little bit then start watching the TV.

- I'll send a polite message saying that XXXX is friendly and don't kill..

- Keep minding my own business.

- Depends on mood and closing speed. Slow closing speed I either pull up and prepare to fight, activate passive, turn off to another road or if the closing speed is very high just ignore all together.

- Depends on the vehicle - Any typical griefer vehicle (Karuma, Zentorno, etc) will get a proxy mine on the driver's door.

- Other vehicles I usually leave alone unless I am in a Carbobob, in which case I will deposit it on a rooftop nearby.

 

 

8- You and your friends/crew are fooling around in a certain area of the map and you see a curious random come nearby to see what you guys are doing.

- Run a quick checklist....

Are they holding a weapon? - Kill

Are they wearing an animal mask? - Kill

Are they a red dot? - Kill

Is the letter X in thier name? - Kill repeatedly (I hunt people with the letter X in their name... anybody called xXX-JohnSmith-XXx is a dead man in my server)

Do they drive a Karuma, Adder, Zentorno? - Kill

Are they in passive? - Prepare to kill if needed

 

9- You encounter a foreign speaking person on chat

- mute (though sometimes I let any Swedes or Germans continue talking as I am learning both languages)

1 I always make money in invite only,but in this situation I would either find another store to rob or,if I´m already nearby,wait for him to leave and then rob it.

2 Continue doing whatever I was doing already,maybe just turn on passive mode until they go away,in case they try a kamikaze attack.

3 I don´t know,probably just let them fight.

4 I don´t know how would I react to that since it never happened to me,I would probably just ignore it.

5 Send them a text asking if they would let me drive it around a little.

6 Turn on passive and continue driving.

7 Probably ignore it,maybe take a photo if I like it.

8 I would let them hang around,and if they are not hostile let them join whatever I was doing.

9 My mic doesn´t work well so I don´t even accept invites to party chat.

10 I would accept it,just to see what they have in their garage.

So yeah, I usually don't shoot first. Ammo ain't free and the cash I pickup from the corpse don't cover it. When I was a wee lvl 100, it was all murder murder murder but that is so not profitable. Time is money and money is money.

Either chase and destroy or ignore. I don't care about what people are in unless it's a chrome Zentorno, and then it's always the former.

If I'm on my bike I'd make sure I'm on the opposite side of the road. If I'm in a car I'll most likely ram them.

We generally let them make the first move. Curious friendlies are rare but deserve a chance.
