I am stuck at 82.7%

Hi guys, I play on PC, I solved all main missions and all strangers and freaks missions (no more question marks on the map). Trevor completed some of the weapon deliveries, Franklin some taxi missions and tow missions, Michael collected all nuclear waste and submarine scraps but I am still at 82.7% completion. What am I missing?

Did you complete all random events? Such as Trevor taking this guy to the airport, thief's on the street?

One question though: What's the "misc" category? Found it.

 

@IIOctaneII: I completed several of the random events. The "guy to the airport", the "the lost kidnapped a girl" and 3 of Trevor's riot missions just today but a) those missions don't raise the percentage and b) I don't know all random events. So I can't even tell what's still missing. The social club site claims I solved them all.

 

BTW that social club side claims there is still one "strangers and freaks" mission I didn't solve but heck there is nothing on the map that indicates it.

 

EDIT: Heck this is confusing. The graphs are telling a different story from what I found below. The graph states I completed 19/20 strangers and freaks missions but that thumbnail table below claims 55/58. Guess I am up to some trial and error. Thanks for now.

Just a heads up, only Franklin's missions count towards the "Strangers and Freaks" counter.

The last Strangers & Freaks missions you're missing is probably the one called "The Last One". You have to get 100% first, then the missions should appear for Franklin after a little while. It appeared immediately for me on PS4.
