Online character can't be loaded from cloud

Earlier today I decided to test out creating a second character on GTA online for PC. This went smoothly, finished the tutorial and overall happy with it. My friends get on and we decide to finish the heist we were running. Naturally I want to do this on my main character I made. When I try to swap back to my main character I created the game tells me he can't be loaded from the rockstar cloud servers and I should try again later. Well I tried again about an hour later, still unsuccessful. I can get to the line-up screen just fine, but when I select the character, that's when I get the error.

 

I've been going around the internet to see if anyone else has had an issue with this, and it seems like it's a no. Does anyone know what might be wrong, and how to fix it. If I don't hear anything, I'm gonna just wait it out longer and see if it works.

 

I sent an email to rockstar support to see what they have to say.
