Deceitful-Fox
Just so you guys know, this is still in very early development and has a lot of work to be done. Don't rush to download it now and expect it to work flawlessly.
paperbagdude
I'm actually excited to see a reaction from Rockstar about this. If this thing ever becomes good and by that better than GTA:O on PC, it might just be able to make Rockstar get their fingers out their asses. I mean, this mod can be considered a competitor to Rockstar IMO. If people wants to play that rather than Online, R* needs to improve their own product even further to keep their kush kard buyers on PC.

..GhosT
Maybe with the addition of Simple Native Trainer, it could be really fun. No, no it couldnt. The trainers ruined GTA IV online. Im really happy that theres a multiplayer that quick, they might pull off another SAMP. SAMP is still living today, which is amazing.

Entice
This looks amazing. Although I don't play multiplayer at all and have no intentions of doing so after all the sh*t that's been pulled against me with R*, I think I will stay up-to-date with this and see how the development goes. Looks promising to those who are sick of some of the bullsh*t. gunziness

Administrators could allow or disallow trainers on their servers, and because each server is run by a player, anyone who is cheating can just be kicked and banned by them, not having to rely on R*s sh*tty reporting solution. But the idea of having it strictly in its own server, or private lobby is really cool. I don't believe it's a good idea in public servers, or "Rockstar Official Servers", but in its own private server, run using something similar to SAMP, it could bring a lot of new ideas to the table. We could have MTA for gta 5 aswell as SAMP.Custom assets&maps&interiors on online would be the start of a long lasting GTA Multiplayer.Only if R* doesn't mind... b0ssVenom
I would love to see MTA:V, as MTA is much more advanced than SAMP dev team could ever manage.

zepman79
People should be very hopeful about mods for GTA V with previews like this so early into the game's life on PC. Who is up for bringing Red Dead Redemption to PC?

scalliano
This looks really promising. I know it's early days, but if the character creator could be integrated into this, that'd be ace. I'd probably ditch GTA:O altogether then.

Richard Power Colt
I feel like this is where the true potential of GTA V modding lies. I want to see a Mad Max-esque survival mode in multiplayer. But I'm anxious about R* probably wanting to shut down this project, because they won't be able to sell shark cards to people who play this thing all the time. If R* sees a hit in their GTA:O revenue while GTA:MP (FiveM) takes off, then they may make their move. However, FiveM is open source and mostly decentralized. R* will find it nearly impossible to shut down everything. I've already played on a few servers and the potential is very much there. Once missions, co-ops, challenges/races are opened up, then it will take off and start eating into R*'s bottom line. Right now, FiveM is just a lobby for players with trainers/mods. R* should have sold the game for double the amount and support modding like Skyrim's creation kit. Can you imagine? Modding tools to make anything. Like OpenIV for dummies. Time is money, I'd easily spend double/triple the amount to have that power.

And while I don't think R* could fully stop this project on the technical side of things, they might sue the creators. I hope it doesn't come to that. Also anyone know how to launch the current version of this thing without having it crash every time? Edited May 24, 2015 by GTAandStuff
