Anyone find a solution to this yet?

I have yet to find out how to fix this. On some occasions I cannot shoot out of my vehicle. No, I am not using an armored car. It happens randomly.

 

If anyone has any idea how to fix this let me know

Happens to me too, like I'm just there with the f*cking crosshair locked onto a dudes head but I just can't seem to fire.

Yea it drives me insane. Sometimes it won't even let me aim. My dude just sits there in the car like a dummy.

Also: there's a certain angle you can't fire out your car from. Your avatar is not made of rubber.

Often this is just because you're stupid:

 

1. You can't fire from ridiculous angles in your car. Consider aiming somewhere more reasonable.
2. You have no weapon equipped. Press X to switch weapons in a car.
3. You're in an armoured Karuma or such, which prohibits your angles even more so.
4. You're currently reloading. Just wait a few seconds.

Long and short of it. The dot has to be pure white not grey.

 

as for equipping a weapon it's square. (x is duck (PS4))

Alright not being stupid. I know all of these things. I will cycle through weapons and none of them work. I won't even get a dot for aiming. I am not in passive. Edited May 4, 2015 by Drchill21

Exit online to story mode. Get in a car with any character. Drive and shoot. Go back online. Should fix it

Especially inconvenient during hooker drive by hunting season.

Check your advanced aiming in settings and make sure it hasen't been switched to aim then shoot.
