loyalty challenge

basically my friends and I are on the pacific standard, but one of my friends has attempted a setup mission with others, will the others and I still get the loyalty, or do we all fail on the loyalty challenge? or whatever happens?

Yes you will as long as YOUR group is the same for all the heist and set ups, it doesn't matter what your friends play

in order to get the loyalty bonus you all have to be LOYAL to eachother...

 

playing any other heist/setup with other team mess up the bonus.

Trusting a stranger as back up on a Heist could go disastrously wrong. Find a loyal crew and pull off all 5 Heists back to back with the same team of players.

playing with other team mess up the loyalty bonus just like it can mess up the all in order bonus.

You three will get the bonus. The 4th that played with others wont. As long as he helps you finish the heists. You can confirm this yourself by checking your in-game challenge progress. Your 4th friend should see his progress was reset but your progress should still be good to go.

Logically it makes sense. You three have been loyal and haven't played with others. The 4th hasn't so he won't get the bonus.

What if I want to help both my friends do a heist? Like the fleeca job? I finished it with 1 friend but will the loyalty challenge reset if I do it again with another friend?

Yes, but the thing is, the fleeca job is a 2 player heist, and all the (classic) other heists are 4 player, so you can use that to work around the issue, as you cant have loyalty to 4 players during fleeca/fleeca is sorta special-case
- You play trough fleeca job with friend 1, you both get the first step of loyalty challenge
- Next you play trough fleeca job with friend 2, you will get screwed out of your loyalty challenge with friend1 but you start a new one with friend 2 (friend1 keeps his loyalty challenge with you)

- Now you play all follow-up heist with both friends and everybody has the loyalty challenge going.

 

The one thing you need to make sure to properly communicate is that friend 1 waits for you and friend2 to finish heist before they even start/pay setup costs for their next heist.

If I follow this correctly, you are trying Loyalty with 3 people? You can't, you need 4.

Here's how you do Loyalty Challenge with 4 people: You play the Fleeca heist with friend 1, and have friend 2 do it with friend 3.

Then the 4 of you continue with Prison Break. That's how I did my Criminal Mastermind challenge (with Loyalty and All In Order included)
