El Barto Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 this is for those who have HDD Hard disks i had a problem when i was driving fast in crowded streets (it only happened at nights) the game started to lag. i copied whole game on an external hard drive (mine is Western Digital My Passport ultra) and result was just amazing!! there is no lag in game at all and also it brings so much better performance and frame rate too. i said it in another forum and found out this solution can also completely solve texture loading problem. FourFingersOfFun Posted February 22, 2016 Share Posted February 22, 2016 You're most likely getting texture pop ins because your HDD is only 5400rpm or something else is using the disk at the same time (windows defender is brutal for this).
