Lost modded car from online garage and stolen cars changing in garage.

Modded a car two days ago, yesterday it's gone, checked police impound, called insurance, nothing.

 

Also, stole a car from the street to sell, a Mercedes looking one, came back next day, and it looked like a BMW, third time this has happened, it always replaces it with the Ubermacht Oracle XS.

 

Later that day sold a car, came back to the garage and it was still there, when I returned later it was gone...

 

A while back two of my modded cars appeared un-modded in my online garage, left game, came back and they were OK.

 

I would submit a ticket but nothing happens when I press submit, the one time it did work I got "internal server error".
