Custom emblems and violating rules

Hello my online friends..

 

 

I've read up on how to make a custom emblem and made one, before checking out how to save it online.

Seems like there is an online image editor (meh), which validates input and shows a notification about being able to get banned and whatnot. (custom input is not appreciated, it seems, although you can easily make weird stuff from within the editor).

 

My question is short.. is the image below acceptable as emblem and should it be possible to get it injected in the editor, without getting a notification about how you're breaking the rules.

The image below has been vectorized.. which actually sharpened off my incomplete edges.

 

Trying to make a Nassau / Dutch themed crew.. as all those burning skulls and such bore me.

 

I can imagine this image having too many paths, which might not work out too great in-game.

It's not a matter of the image itself, Upload an image off the internet or a homemade emblem not made with the Social Club Emblem Editor is against the rule itself and all attempts at doing so will result in your image being denied.

 

People were abusing the image thing by uploading images of nude girls and racist emblems so R* banned it completely, The only way to get a custom emblem made outside of the editor uploaded if by finding someone to upload it for you for a $3.00 fee

It turned out that my exact wishes were pretty much 1:1 doable in the editor. (it helps that they actually had the royal heraldic lion as symbol)

I do have a question still..

First day I noticed that I've kept the background a solid color, which looked terrible on a car..

 

Changed it to transparent background.. (apparently saved, as this images also has no background).. ingame it kept showing with a solid background.

 

How long would a change in crew emblem generally take in game?

 

- Noticed now that the editor actually flipped one of the symbols the wrong way (one of the orange decorations), but it still looks pretty decent
