Kurosawa91
Hello there, so how am i gonna explain this - my GTA 5 has a weird behavior when i turn on settings that exceed the ingame VRAM indicator. After 30-40 minutes the game suddenly turns close to unplayable because of hiccups and FPS spikes. Sometimes the Game even freezes for fractions of a second. So you guys might say i should not exceed the indicator. But guess what - although the Game shows me 2300/2048MB - the correct VRAM consumption is around 1800-1900 MB (monitored with MSI Afterburner). Becaue of this i am forced to play with low population variety in order to stay below that damn VRAM indicator. So my question to you guys - why does the Game keep performing so awful when the ingame limit is exceeded but the actual VRAM consumtion is completely fine. Do you think this problem is related to the Game and needs to be patched? Has anyone here had a similar issue. This seriously makes me mad - its like the Game does not allow me to use more VRAM while Afterburner tells me that everything is perfectly fine. Driver is up to date and temperatures are all okay. I also close pretty much all programs before i start playing. Would appreciate some advice or help - thanks.
