In 10 year's we'll be playing the next GTA and someone will post "omg 10fps on GTX980 but how?!", it's a never ending cycle. Its not rockstars fault at all. I mean, if you know you have a bad laptop/computer, why would you even think about playing graphic intensive and new games? When will people stop trying to play graphic intensive games on their 300$ laptop? My laptop was 800$ Youre pretty stupid if you bought a laptop for 800$ and it doesnt even have a graphics card. you're pretty stupid if you think people would only pay more than average for a laptop/PC just for gaming purposes. maybe he needs a portable platform? ever thought of that,genius? 800$ isnt average for a Laptop. it's average for a thin tablet-PC convertible with wacom integration and high-quality SSDs and panels. karma's a bitch,my friend. I have a 3320M on a tablet with Intel HD4000 and get roughly 15-20 FPS with the game running at 800x600. Only problem is that the CPU temperature quickly rises to 103 Centigrade, quickly depleting its life. You're lucky enough to be playing this game on such a setup (as I am myself). As mentioned, the other guy has an SSD (which will make a difference; I just have a regular HDD - runs fine for me). Seeing as you have an AMD GPU, perhaps try using that? I'm not a GPU guy so know little nothing about the different models and how they perform. Assuming it has over 1GB of VRAM, I think it'll still outperform HD4000 but then again, that's just an assumption. Frames Per Second (Higher is better) Min, Max, Avg Pass 0, 6.181250, 20.072289, 17.897739 Pass 1, 10.386787, 25.808308, 19.942753 Pass 2, 13.063927, 26.541235, 20.344444 Pass 3, 14.369345, 28.833687, 23.695778 Pass 4, 8.832354, 129.895264, 22.114363 Dunno what happened at Pass 4 - the highest I noticed there was 36 FPS, not 129 FPS. All lowest settings except resolution which is at 1280x720. Running windowed borderless because it seems to give me better performance than fullscreen. I honestly didn't expect getting more than 10FPS when I got the game before it turned out that it runs amazingly great. The only problem I'm getting is the PC crashing due to CPU overheating at 1.5-2.5 hours of non-stop playing, but that's probably because my PC barely gets any air where I put it. Intel i7-3770k @3.5GHz Intel HD Graphics 4000 (256MB dedicated, 1504MB shared, 1760MB total.
