david13130
Hi, I saw a few videos with same graphics card as I do BUT they have more fps than I... They have same graphics card, processor, etc... Here is my question: Why they have more fps? Because they have same graphics settings in GTA5 as I? For example this video (He has +20fps and I only 10-20): My PC: Windows Home Premium 64bit RAM: 4GB Processor: Intel Core i7-3612QM CPU @ 2.10 GHz Graphics cards: Intel HD 4000 (mobile) and AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series PLEASE HELP! hunk41
Do you have 1 4GB stick or 2 2GBs? If you're running 1 stick, than thats the problem, beacuse your PC is Dual Channel Based. (Only matters when using an IGPU)

Because it's Rockstar's fault they have sh*t PC's right? In 10 year's we'll be playing the next GTA and someone will post "omg 10fps on GTX980 but how?!", it's a never ending cycle. I'm happy when I can play game without lags (25fps). I still believed that I could play GTA 5 at least on 20fps... But I can see that not.. For f*cking 800$ you can get a pc that can max out gta v lol For laptops you probably have to spend twice that figure to get anything decent (with actual gaming graphics not integrated solutions), and even at a mega budget going for intel hd 4000 graphics was probably the biggest mistake as laptops with amd's a10 apu's can be bought from the same budget and offer a huge gain over intel hd, probably still not enough for this game but good enough to play something less demanding like cod or wow at decent frame rates. Theblackoutgow
Just seems stupid to try to run a game that you can't even get PS3 graphics or frame-rate with let alone a next gen console. You would literally be much better looking on craigslist and buying a PS4 for a decent price, I'm sure you could find a whole setup for under 350$, only problem with that is paying for stupid online(if you even play online). RedIndianRobin
High end users: OMG! I can't hit 100fps on my GTX 980. f*ck Rockstar. Unoptimized piece of sh*t game. Low end users: OMG! I can't hit 15fps on my HD 4000. f*ck Rockstar. Unoptimized piece of sh*t game. So only high users should complain while low end should shut the f*ck up? Amazing logic. Kampret
Has no one asked the question why you are not using the AMD 7600M GPU? Finally someone pointed it out. Why would you play using the sh*tty HD 4000 when you have a discreet AMD option? With OP's logic I'd play GTA V on my Bay Trail laptop instead of my PC. Laptop specs: Intel Celeron N2920 4GB DDR3-1066 Intel HD Graphics TF2 40 FPS at 640x480. What a joke Intel HD is. 800$ isnt average for a Laptop. This exactly. For $600 people could get a decent laptop with a GT 840M that'll easily run the game on normal-high. Even $450 laptops with GT 740M can play the game smoothly. But hey, OP, could you check the speed of your RAM and look it up whether it's upgradeable? IGP's starve for bandwidth and the only way to do it is to get high speed RAM. An IGP needs at least DDR3-1866 to perform decently. Edited May 5, 2015 by Kampret

Maryo_Nicle7
Try disable the shadows on settings.xmlI'm not very agreed to you, because Intel HD 4000 still can handle pretty good for the game with shadows enabled, but disabled it may improve performance a lot, however it makes the graphic looks very worse, so only do it if you're forced, I'm sure there's another way.
