Oh, your title is misleading, and weird, so I assumed you meant remove the Dunce "Cap"... Anyway, no, you cannot play with non Bad Sport players. You will have to wait, or get your friends to join you in Bad Sport.

The best way to get out of bad sport is to rob stores in free roam, and after each robbery give 10% of the profit to each player in the lobby (in the inventory menu, select "Share Cash From Last Job" after each robbery). Do this, and gang attacks in the same free roam until your player status goes from "Bad Sport" to "Dodgy Player", then have people in the lobby commend you by pausing, going to Online> Players > Your Name > Commend Player.

 

Remain in the same lobby and repeat these steps until you go from "Dodgy Player" to "Clean Player". Once this happens, do a contact mission, and Hey Presto, you can play with your friends again, without serving your sentence in bad sport.

 

You have to be patient for this method to work, as it can take upwards of 2 hours.

 

DO NOT:

• Change lobbies under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. This will reset all of your efforts.
• Kill other players.
• Destroy personal vehicles.
• Kill more police than you have to (best to use Lester for wanted levels after each robbery)
• Forget to share ALL the money from each robbery.

It's also worth noting that when you do eventually get back into the good sport lobbies, you're on a kind of probation, where the slightest infraction will send you back to bad sport immediately with double your previous sentence (2 days becomes 4, 4 days becomes 8, etc.), so be careful for a while or all of this will have been pointless.

 

Use this to get out of Bad Sport, then do everyone a favour and stop being enough of an asshole to land yourself there in the first place. Good luck.

All I know is that this exact method got me out of 3 stints back on the 360. As far as I'm aware others have used it successfully pretty recently too, was there a patch for BS lobbies? I don't remember seeing anything in any of the patch notes.
